post scriptum to the earlier
hey, look, epiphany:
so...the reason i've never really seriously considered going into anything besides heavily math-related fields in college is that the only few jobs that i've realistically considered post-school are things like physics, engineering, and...the like. not business (over which, no doubt, i could get enthusiastic and motivated), law (because everybody likes getting paid to lie and cheat the system), or...well, i don't suppose i could go off and get a job as a philosopher, but it'd definitely be cool to find a way to apply that. probably as part of a business, eh? entrepreneurship? something like that. hrm...maybe a liberal arts school really would be better for me academically...? i've definitely thought it better for the sake of diversity in interests when it comes to social life and people (not that everybody'd be the same, but i'm sure there'd be a much wider range of people more thoroughly dispersed across the spectrum than at a tech school), but i've never considered it in this light before.
once again, i'll close with a "meh."

normally I would tell you not to worry about all this but I keep forgetting that you're skipping being an actual Junior...but anywhosilies, I hope you can find a good college to go to. My choices are pretty limited since it would seem that my 'rents are going to force me to go to a school in-state. I'd rather go to a college out of state because I don't really want to be here any longer than necessary. I'd like to go somewhere where I could get away from most of the people around here. The school's so big that I'm sure if I went to any state college I'd run into a few people from around here. (And I still say sorry for yelling at you the past couple nights about that picture...you were the only person available for venting at that time of night whilst I was working on it. So, gomenasai! ^^;; and sorry and all that good stuff.)
